The panels look stunning, we had two damaged panels which we found when we opened the packaging. Sadly messages were read but no reply or resolution was received. We also received an odd colour panel amd were told it was down to the batch number but the colour name was completely different. We couldn't use the panel and had to purchase panels from elsewhere to make a feature wall costing us even more money...and it meant the fitters lost half a day's pay.
