1st order of panels perfect, ordered 1 extra as miscalculated (our bad) which came a completely different colour, whilst I fully appreciate batches may vary slightly this was like I say completely different colour! Reached out 4 times to see if they could match or even get similar to 1st lot (which is already on wall) but absolutely no response at all everytime! I didn’t mind paying again just needed to know if they could supply same colour instead of ordering & still not being right! To just ignore customers multiple times isn’t on as we now have to find somewhere else who can supply similar to what we have! I wouldn’t order from them again purely due to customer service
Delivery and ordering experience was great, a couple of panels came with marks on them so they had to be hidden behind the TV. Fitting and quality is good apart from that though
14 panels arrived, 8 were barely usable but masses of filler and sanding to make them okay, at least 5 were miscut, with the panel starting mid rib and the end panel ending at the correct place so you can’t connect to another and have a continued pattern, 5 were damaged at both ends with dimples at the top, chips off the bottom etc, it took a lot of work, filling and laying patterns to get the project sorted. Every box of three panels that you opened each time you were deflated checking for miscut panels and damage
We absolutely love the colour it's really made our bedroom lovely and dark on a night which is great for a good night's sleep. Easy enough to put up only down side is I personally think the last should be glued as there aren't enough staples to hold them in place when you've cut around to fit plug sockets otherwise good product
Panels are great value and easy to cut and fit. Service not so good. No communication after the purchase. Had to chase them up with two emails after two weeks of waiting. The panels did eventually arrive and are well packaged. I would purchase from them again and hope the odd email with expected delivery will improve.
Love the panels. Delivery is between 2-10 working days so ensue you plan it ahead. Luckily my panels arrived Sunday early morning (9 days I think) which was perfect for my project. Wanted smoked walnut colour which is hard to find. Very pleased with everything.
What can I say about these, well 100% nothing at all negative, these panel are amazing, so easy to fit, and what a diffrence they make, I absolutely love them, the company were 100% committed to delivering a experience you would never forget and they did, 2 day delivery, perfect condition I would highly recommend these panel and this company, you can shop around and find them cheaper but there cheaper for a reason, i was happy to pay what I did because of the quality I got.. AMAZING!!!! even the adhesive was 100% perfect very sticky and easy to work with and they stick solid. THANKYOU PANEL WORLD YOUR THE BEST ON THE MARKET
The quality is fantastic for the price. Delivery times were great. The guy who fitted my panels said the adhesive was bang on in his words. Very happy customer
3 fantastic panels
Arrived with the time frame stated.
Amazing price
Great build quality much better than some four times the price !
Well packaged and great communication.
Will defo use again .
Panels arrived early on the Monday morning. I received notifications telling me what time my panels would arrive. Panels were very well packaged. All corners of panels had protection. I found the panels very good quality.
The application process is incredibly easy I highly recommend it Don't shell out thousands of pounds to companies that manufacture these units; as long as you take accurate measurements, the rest is a breeze.
Great company 👌 to deal with, efficient but most of all very good quality 👌 👏 👍 and easy to put up as we stuck ours with no bother or movement at all. Mine is DARK OAK which isnt that dar tbh but it is nice. Never done it before either. Overall will recommended 💯 for quality and definitely price as no different to b&q except at LOT cheaper 👌There wall panelling i would definitely use again. Thank you for a great service.
These shower wallpanels were exactly what i wanted! Arrived promptly with a very nice delivery driver, we've just started fitting the bathroom (work in progress) and got the panels up (not yet sealed etc) which were super easy to fit and cut to size! Highly recommend, they look great!
Great price, quick delivery, well packed but did have minor damage to board on corner. But I made this panel the last so did not impact me. Easy to install and qood quality.
Great product. Much stronger than I imagined. I used a lesser product before from a different company and had to remove the lot.
Gave this a go and it’s A1 . Delivered on time, packaging was excellent and very protective of the corners etc.
Ordered online but had spoken to the company. Very helpful and informative.
Trim was Great but found it hard to finish nicely in the corners due to the backing on the quadrant and edge piece. Some trimming finishing would be a great addition.
I just made some nice little shelf’s !!
Adhesive was great not to messy bud good adhesive quality.
Would recommend every thing about this whole experience. Good work
