I'm having problems with the website. What should Ido?

You are more than welcome to return any items to us within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the items remain unused and in their original packaging. Please note that the return process will be subject to collection and restocking fees. Please refer to the returns policy for more details.
We recommend the use of warm soapy water and a soft cloth for effective and safe cleaning. Our PVC panels are not compatible with bleach or other abrasive cleaning agents, as these substances can compromise the integrity and the durability of the panel.
If you have received a damaged product, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. We will require photographic evidence before we can authorise any replacements/refunds. Please email support@panelworld.co.uk along with your name, order number, and relevant photographs. Please refer to the ‘Faults/Damages’ section on our policy page to see our full T’s & C’s.
If you have not received your order confirmation, please do the following… 1) Check your junk / spam folders for any Panel World emails. 2) Please contact your bank to see if payment has been taken. 3) Contact our Customer Services team at support@panelworld.co.uk or call us on 0121 269 4717 for us to check for you.
There will be peak times when our lines may be busy. If you have contacted us via email please allow us 24 hours to respond. Alternatively, please try again and we can deal with your enquiry and investigate as to why a reply has not been sent.
While we are unable to offer a 'Nominated Day' delivery service and/or specific time slots for our deliveries, we will do our best to accommodate any special instructions provided alongside your order. Our delivery service operates Monday to Sunday, between 7am and 9pm. You will be notified in advance of your delivery date and given a 3-hour timeslot once your order is ready for dispatch. The notification you receive will contain a link that provides real-time order tracking on the day of your delivery. Our estimated delivery timescales are currently 2-5 working days from receipt of order.
We strongly recommend that any orders for the same project are done as one order, as there may be colour / shade differences during the manufacturing process. We cannot guarantee that a second order will match the first. You are more than welcome to provide us with a batch number to see if we have any left, however, due to a high turnover of products this is unlikely that we will have the same batch for long periods of time, and so any additional orders for the same product will be at your own risk.
A typical refund will take up to 14 days. All returns are quality checked. Items should be returned in a new and unused condition and in the original packaging. Refunds will not be processed if they do not comply with our returns policy.
You can cut panels to size using a Jigsaw/PVC fine tooth saw or a Stanley knife.
Yes! You can install our panels directly over existing tiles. We would recommend applying a thin layer of PVA glue directly to gloss finish tiles prior to installing the panels as this will act as an adherent.
The quantity of adhesive needed is dependent on the condition of your wall surface. Optimal, flat wall conditions typically require two tubes of adhesive per shower panel. Walls that exhibit unevenness or are not in optimal condition may require up to four tubes per shower panel.
